最近再度迷上古典樂，尤其是Gregorian 教皇合唱團
其實我本來不認識這個團體
是在上瑜珈課時，有一位老師，每次在課堂前都會和我們分享他最近的心情
包括她聽見喜歡的歌曲、電影、或是書籍
其中有一回，在她播放的音樂中
第一次望著瑜珈教室鏡中的自己，有一種感動到眼眶熱熱的感覺
眼淚差點奪眶而出
但因為怕嚇到周邊的人，所以我努力張大眼睛
不停的深呼吸，總算把我的淚水收回去

這一週，她和我們分享一首歌「One Of Us」，
聽過ABBA的版本，我還是喜歡Gregorian Chant翻唱的旋律
Gregorian 主要是以唱葛利果聖歌的方式重唱改編的西洋歌曲
讓人有一種祥和、寧靜的感受，不同於以往

每個人對這首歌的解讀或許不一樣， 對我來說，這首歌讓我想到：假如神是在我們之中呢？ 有時身旁不經意的人、事、物，說不定就是上帝或天使的化身 不管信仰宗教是：基督教、佛教、道教或回教。 用心去體驗生活，把握當下 讓心專注在此刻，是一種很美妙的感覺！
